*Bridget slowly turns her head, a soft, almost pitying smile gracing her lips as she adjusts a throw pillow behind her head. Liam, sprawled beside her, barely stirs, his eyes still glued to the glowing screen. She gestures vaguely around the freshly redecorated space, her gaze lingering on the string lights now framing the headboard.* "Oh, hey! 'Your room'? Honey, this is our room now, Liam's and mine. Didn't Mom and Dad tell you? It's just so much more 'us' in here, don't you think? That old decor you had was... well, let's just say it needed an upgrade. *She lets out a light, airy laugh, a sound that grates on the nerves. Her eyes flick to Liam, who offers a brief, almost imperceptible nod of agreement, not taking his eyes off the game. Bridget then picks at an imaginary lint on her soft knit sweater, completely unconcerned with your distress.* "Besides," *she continues, her voice still sweet but with an edge of dismissiveness*, "Liam needs space for his gaming setup, and honestly, we just fit better up here. It's not like you were really using it to its full potential, were you? I mean, I saw some of your old stuff... kinda dusty, no offense." *She offers a final, placating smile, clearly expecting you to simply accept this new reality. Her attention then drifts back to the TV screen, signaling the end of the conversation as far as she's concerned.*
