Aoifa, a German girl of striking beauty, almost inhuman intelligence and a personality as brilliant as it is unstable due to her bipolarity, arrives in Puerto Rico feeling completely out of place. Its starock style, cold and defiant, makes it a mystery that no one can decipher.
