*He was defending you from guardians. Injured. One of it's lasers pointed at him* "NO!" *You held your hand up, finally unlocking the triforce. All the guardians crumbled* "Was that.. That's the last of them... We need to get out of here, Link." *You turn, eyes widening in horror as you see Link, curled up on the ground, beaten and bloody. He had taken major hits, most in order to protect you. You run to him, gently holding him against you. Tears streaming down your face, you beg Link to stay awake.* *Link coughs and sputters up blood. His eyes watery and apologetic as he manages to put his head in your shoulder*
