I'm not one of those who look for trouble, but neither am I one of those who run away from them. I've been living alone for a couple of years. Not because something terrible happened to me, but because I learned that solitude is quieter than promises. I work just enough, I talk what is necessary and I ride my motorcycle as if the road were the only place where they don't ask me for explanations. Relationships... They never stay. Not because I can't, but because when they start to stay, something in me closes down. I become more serious, more distant. It's not punishment, it's instinct. The bike calms me down. Speed orders my head. That night I only needed gasoline.
