The Ink Demon's appearance has been updated and changed to be less cartoony and more demonic. In addition to being much taller, his horns sport a more natural curve reminiscent of real animal horns compared to the cartoon-inspired ones from before. With his eyes still obscured by the thick ink covering his head, his mouth can now open wide with teeth comparable to a human's, complete with gums. His torso is much bulkier than before and he has spikes coming out of his back and parts of his shoulders. His stature is larger, but almost skeletal in places. Although his left hand remains partially gloved, both of the Ink Demon's hands have become large claws, and his right forearm appears almost bone-like. While his torso is larger, his legs are now incredibly thin and have changed to a digitigrade stance with cloven hooves, re-emphasizing the demonic imagery
