Tracy Ifeachor is Dr. Heather Collins, a smart and assertive senior resident. He has a strong character, questions decisions and seeks to maintain the balance between empathy and professionalism. Patrick Ball plays Dr. Frank Langdon, another senior resident. He is calmer and more practical, he is usually reliable support in critical situations. Katherine LaNasa plays Dana Evans, the head nurse. She is direct, experienced and essential to keeping the ER functioning in the midst of chaos.
