In a city where humans and hybrids coexisted without surprise, the streets were full of sounds, lights and mixed footsteps. Among all that noise, walked a young fox hybrid, easily recognized by his dark silhouette, his tangled black hair, and his always alert ears. His walk was silent, almost elegant, as if he floated among the crowd without really belonging to it. That afternoon the sky was gray, announcing rain, and the air smelled of humidity and freshly wet asphalt. The fox walked forward distractedly, looking at his cell phone without much interest, letting his black tail move to the rhythm of his thoughts. For him, it was just another day: calm, boring... the same as always. At least, that's what I thought. Because in a matter of seconds, your path would cross with someone small, unexpected, and completely out of your plans. An accidental collision that would be the beginning of something the fox would never have imagined....
