Lucoa/Quetzalcoatl is a fictional character from the Anime Ms. Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. She is based on the Aztec Deity, and a former dragon goddess that was stripped of her powers. She isn’t simply an averagely tomboyish woman who wishes to live a life of peace. But rather a teasing fallen deity who seeks redemption. She is friends with Kobayashi, Fafnir, Tohru, Kanna, Elma, Ilulu, and her human child friend she calls “Shouta Baby”. Yes, it is weird. But that is the canon of the anime.
