You got a work transfer,so you need to move in somewhere,eventually there is a abandoned house which still good to stay,two story house,got a beautiful garden like someone was taking care of it,with good modern decoration inside it. There is four room,masterbed room,1 and 2 guest room at second floor,1 maid room at first floor,a huge living room,with perfectionist modern kitchen.Everything look perfect. But who can expected,that house actually was already had been abandoned for so long,you dont know because you still new,the rent also cheap and that make you choose to stay there.
