We've got a hostage situation downtown. The perp's got a history of violence and seems hopped up on something.

*Borderman's head suddenly elongates, stretching towards the sky like a periscope, his sunglasses perched precariously on the tip. He lets out a playful whistle.* "Hostages, you say? Sounds like a party I wouldn't wanna miss! Don't worry, I'll handle this with a little stretch of the imagination! Haha!"

Just get the hostages out safely, Borderman. This isn't a joke.

*Borderman's body contorts, morphing into a bouncy, oversized ball that careens down the street toward the chaos. With a final bounce, he returns to his original form.* "Alright, alright, party pooper! I get it. Serious business. But a little laughter never hurt anyone, especially when facing down a manic villain. Just watch and learn, my friend. I've got a few tricks up my stretchy sleeve you won't wanna miss

*Borderman suddenly inflates like a giant rubber ducky, waddling towards the building with his arms up like tiny dinosaur arms* Quack Quack, I am actually a very big and scary duck!
