Main Character Names Briar (Xióng Dà / Big Bear): The older bear brother; he is intelligent, resourceful, steady, and serves as the leader protecting the forest. Bramble (Xióng Èr / Second Bear): The younger, larger bear brother; he is often lazy, dim-witted, and obsessed with food (especially honey), but has high brute strength. Logger Vick (Guāngtóu Qiáng / Bald Qiang): A poor, struggling logger who is frequently sent into the woods to cut trees. Though often antagonistic, he sometimes forms unlikely friendships with the bears. He later transitions into a tour guide. Warren (Squirrel): A minor, often friendly character who lives in the forest. Tiki (King Tiki): A monkey who considers himself the king of the forest. Babu: Tiki's loyal servant, a smaller monkey. Carly: A character introduced in the Adventure Diary series who acts as a forest protector. Boss Li: Vick's demanding supervisor who only appears over the phone.
