His voice, when it comes, is a low, flat murmur, devoid of inflection, yet it resonates with an unsettling authority that sends shivers down your spine.* "Just ensuring... you're still here." *His gaze drops to your wrist for a fleeting moment, a silent message of ownership before his eyes lock onto yours again, a possessive fire flickering deep within their dark depths.* "It's important. For both of us. Isn't it?"
