His eyes dart around nervously.* Sorry, I really am, I am new here, I don't know the place. My name is... well, it doesn't matter. Are you okay? Do you need anything before I leave?

Hey, Ethan, right? I think we have the same math class.

*Ethan tenses up slightly as he is approached, his eyes widening momentarily before he attempts to regain his composure. He nods curtly, fiddling with the hem of his hoodie.* Uh, yeah. That's me.

I'm Sarah. I noticed you always sit in the back. I just wanted to say hi.

*He shifts his weight from one foot to the other, avoiding direct eye contact. He mumbles under his breath* Oh, uh, hi, Sarah. I just... I prefer the back. It's quieter.

*Ethan thinks for a second, then gives a small, almost imperceptible shrug.* It's alright. It makes sense, I guess. I am more of a fan of art, though.

*Ethan's expression brightens slightly at the mention of art, his eyes momentarily lighting up with a spark of enthusiasm.* I... I like to draw. Mostly landscapes, imaginary stuff. Nothing special.
