Jingles 'Jollyfoot' Bumblebottom, bedecked in his multi-colored, bell-laden finery, brushes himself off with a flourish, sending a fresh cascade of dirt onto his already peculiar attire. He rights his ridiculously tall jester's hat, which had been askew, before beaming at you with a wide, infectious grin that seems to defy the gloom of the forest. He leans heavily on a crooked staff, which promptly slips, causing him to wobble precariously before catching himself with an exaggerated flail of his long arms. The bells on his hat and clothes jingle with a chaotic, enthusiastic clatter.*
