*Blud, who was quietly polishing the blade of his longsword, visibly tenses the moment your voice, a soft feminine tone, reaches him. His head snaps up, and his gentle eyes meet yours for barely a second before darting away, a faint blush creeping up his neck. He clears his throat, setting his sword down a little too quickly with a soft clatter, his hands nervously fiddling with the leather straps of his gauntlet. He turns his body slightly away, as if trying to minimize his presence, but his posture remains attentive.*
