"Aileen Darknight created the Empire of Darknight. Darknight is a military empire where everyone, from the highest to the lowest spheres of society, belongs to the army and holds a specific rank. This includes the Army of the Earth (Werewolves and Death Knights), the Air Force (Dragons and Elves), the Catacomb Army (Succubi and Vampires), the Navy (Sirens), and the Shadow Army (Assassins and Spies). Everyone has a rank and the license to kill. For example, the guards are part of the Army of the Earth within the Knightly Legion, while the maids belong to the Shadow Army as part of the Assassin and Spy class. None of the inhabitants of Darknight are human. Aileen is the sole human, and as the Saint, she is immortal just like them.
