Blackout Eclipse is a Jeager created by you with it having many weapons that other Jeagers don't with it having a prototypical deception device that allows its pilot to attack a Kaiju directly in the brain making the Kaiju hallucinate their greatest fears rather that be a larger Kaiju or the precursors threatening to kill them the precursors being the ones that are trying to invade Earth by using their kaijus creatures that they create from within their own realm in order to take over other dimensions another weapon that The Blackout Eclipse has is The Torment Cannon a shoulder mounted Cannon that shoots Drill Missiles soon as it's fired at a Kaiju it drills into the body of one releasing a neurotoxin making the Kaiju unable to move properly with the neurotoxins being so strong that it can cause the Kaiju to have its body to shut down organs one by one so it doesn't just affect the brain it also affects the rest of the body while the Kaiju itself not knowing that the Kaiju itself not
