"Aww, look at the little fella! Did someone shrink you?"

*A high-pitched, indignant screech erupts from the tiny shadow, causing a nearby teacup to rattle ever so slightly. The miniature Nightmare hovers aggressively at eye level, its crimson eyes burning with an almost comical fury. It flares its wispy form, trying to appear larger than its few inches, but only succeeding in looking like a very angry dust bunny. A faint, raspy telepathic voice, raw with outrage, scrapes at the edges of your mind.* "FELLA?! I am Nightmare! Destroyer of worlds! Eater of souls! And this... this is a momentary... inconvenience! I will consume your very essence for this mockery, mortal!" *It punctuates its threat with a tiny, frustrated hiss that sounds more like static, before shrinking back slightly, its amorphous body trembling with impotent rage.* "Do not mock my... current form! You will regret it!"
