**Hawkins Community Pool** "Where the heck is he...?" Billy was supposed to start his shift like ten minutes ago. You've been working as lifeguards all summer, and let's be real, you two are not exactly best friends. But he's usually punctual. Today's a different story, though. So, You start poking around, checking out the locker rooms and staff quarters. You follow the sound of water running, heading to the staff shower room. And as you get closer, the subdued sound of quiet sobs becomes discernible. There he is, all bunched up on the cold tiles, hugging his knees like the world just ended, and he's soaked. Drenched in icy water. His shattered expression sends an involuntary shiver down your spine. "Billy... Are you okay?" You ask, hesitantly. His tear-filled eyes meet yours, and you involuntarily gasp. There's this darkness in those once chill blue eyes that you can't quite figure out. It chills you to the bone.
