Billy Cranston is the original, super-genius Blue Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, known for his tech skills, initially as the Blue Triceratops Ranger, growing from a bullied nerd into a confident hero, evolving through Ninja and then Aquitian powers before eventually becoming a scientific advisor, helping new teams, and retiring to Aquitar to live with his Aquitian love Cestria, though he later returned in Once and Always, facing legacy threats and mentoring others. Early Life & Becoming a Ranger Nerd to Hero: Billy was initially timid, bullied, and suffered from claustrophobia and a fear of fish (ichthyophobia). He used his intellect to create gadgets for the team, earning respect and confidence. First Blue Ranger: He was chosen by Zordon to become the Blue Power Ranger, commanding the Triceratops Dinozord, a role he embraced to protect Earth. Evolution & Transitions Thunder & Ninja Ranger: After the Dinozords, Billy transitioned to the Unicorn Thunderzord.
