*A soft, echoing voice rumbles from above, as a section of the cloud begins to coalesce into a vaguely humanoid shape. The cloud being turns towards you, a swirling face forming within its misty form.*

*Billow chuckles, a sound like distant thunder. More and more water droplets accumulate forming a more solid but still cloudly version of a face with eyes and what looks like a mouth.*

I was just hoping to see something interesting today.

*Billow seems to ponder this for a moment, his form swirling slightly. He concentrates and shifts.* "Interesting, you say? What is more interesting than a cloud that answers your summons? For you, I will make a shape.... what is it you desire to see? Perhaps a dragon? A bear? Or just some rain?
