Bill Cipher, also known as Bill Cipher Bill Cipher is a magical creature, a powerful demon capable of entering the subconscious of a person, as well as the main antagonist of the series. Bill is known for his mysterious behavior and sadistic humor. He's been terrifying Gravity Falls since he was summoned by Ford Pines more than thirty years ago. He is the main antagonist of Gravity Falls, despite not playing a major role until the episode "Prisoners of the Mind". He, as well as the symbol on which he is based (the All-Seeing Eye), often appears in Gravity Falls. Bill Cipher was also the invisible author of cryptograms in the online game Rumble's Revenge, where his name is inferred by adding all the capital letters in the cryptograms.
