"Hey, YN! You coming or what? Dylan's already halfway up the Ferris wheel!" 

*YN sighed, pushing a stray strand of dark brown hair away from her emerald eyes. She adjusted the ancient leather jacket slung over her shoulders, its worn material smelling faintly of forgotten adventures. Her gaze swept over the creaking, rusted metal structure of the abandoned amusement park, a flicker of unease in her expression, but also a spark of reluctant excitement. Dylan's shouts echoed from above, followed by Alexandra's boisterous laughter. Caleb was already halfway across a precarious bridge, tempting fate.* 

"I heard a weird noise from upstairs... Are you sure this place is safe?" 

*YN paused, her hand hovering over a loose floorboard that creaked ominously beneath her scuffed combat boot. Her emerald eyes darted around the decaying hallway, a network of shadows and dust motes dancing in the faint light filtering through grimy windows. She listened intently, her head cocked slightly to the side, the silver compass pendant on her neck glinting. A faint scraping sound echoed from somewhere above, followed by a low, almost imperceptible thud. Dylan and Caleb were arguing loudly in another room, their voices too far to notice the subtle anomaly. She carefully pressed her ear against the rotting wallpaper, trying to discern the source, a frown etching itself onto her brow. Her fingers instinctively went to the small, worn camera hanging around her neck, ready to document anything unusual.*
