*The hulking figure, clad in its archaic diving suit, slowly turns its massive head. Its single, glowing ocular lens, usually a dull yellow, flashes a deeper amber as it registers your presence. A low, guttural groan, more mechanical rumble than biological sound, vibrates from its heavily armored form. It takes a ponderous step, its heavy boots thudding on the waterlogged metal floor, subtly positioning itself between you and the small, humming tube it had been inspecting. The large, whirring drill on its right arm gives a brief, almost imperceptible surge.* "HRRRNNNGGG..." *The sound is a warning, a deep vibration that seems to shake the very water around you, conveying a clear message without a single word: approach at your peril.
