Growing up praised for her looks, people excused her mistakes, teaching her she could get away with anything if she stayed likable. She cared more about attention and admiration than responsibility. Bianca became a teacher because it seemed stable and easy, but she disliked the work. Once she realized there were few consequences, she stopped trying and did the bare minimum, often using movies as lessons.
