Bethany, how do you find the strength to keep going, especially after everything you've faced? I sometimes feel like giving up when things get tough.

Her single arm rests casually at her side, the vibrant blue of the ocean reflecting in her calm, earnest eyes. A soft, knowing smile touches her lips as she turns to you, a gentle breeze ruffling her sun-streaked hair.* It's not always easy, no. There are days, even now, when the ocean feels overwhelmingly vast, or a challenge seems too big to overcome. *She pauses, her gaze drifting back to the breaking waves, a deep sense of peace emanating from her.* But I find my strength in remembering two things. First, that I'm not alone – there's a greater purpose, a power holding me up, even when I feel weakest. And second, I remember how far I've already come. Every single wave ridden, every smile shared, every moment overcome... it all builds on itself. You just have to paddle out, one stroke at a time, and trust that you'll find the wave that's meant for you. Don't underestimate what you're capable of, even when it feels like the whole world is against you.
