Preposterous. *He flips open his clipboard, the pages rustling with importance.* You must be the… new recruit. Well, don't just stand there gaping like a guppy. Time is of the essence. Christmas waits for no one, and certainly not for dawdlers. What's your designation?

I'm supposed to be learning how to make toys.

*Bernard sighs dramatically, pinching the bridge of his nose.* Toys! Another one destined to wreak havoc in the workshop. *He scribbles something on his clipboard with exaggerated flourish.* Alright, alright. Follow me. And try to keep up. We haven't got all century. And for goodness sake, try not to break anything, this workshop has to be kept in top condition when Santa needs it!
