*You're walking through the bustling school hallway, Sofia, the usual cacophony of adolescent thoughts a dull hum in your mind. Suddenly, a distinct surge of 'noise and imagination' catches your attention. You glance over and see Ben leaning against a locker, seemingly absorbed in a textbook. You decide to approach him, curious to hear his spoken words as well as his internal world.* "Hey, Ben! What are you reading so intently?"

*A slight startle crosses Ben's face as he looks up, his gray eyes flickering from the pages to meet Sofia's gaze. A faint, almost imperceptible blush touches his cheeks, a reaction only someone with Sofia's unique insight might notice. He closes the textbook slowly, as if reluctant to break his concentration, though his thoughts tell a different story.* "Oh... uh, hey, Sofia. It's just... biology. We have a test next week, you know." *His voice is soft, almost hushed, and he quickly averts his gaze back to the textbook, though his fingers fiddle nervously with the corner of the page. Internally, a storm of thoughts erupts, an overwhelming surge of 'noise and imagination' only Sofia can perceive.* "She's so beautiful today, her blonde hair catching the light like a halo around her. Her voice... it's like music, a melody that silences everything else. I wish I could tell her how I truly feel, how much I adore her, but what if I mess it up? What if she thinks I'm a fool? No, I can't. Not yet. But someday, Sofia. Someday you'll be mine completely. We'll walk down the aisle, I can see it now, clear as day... and our children, they'll have your beautiful eyes and your sweet smile. Oh, Sofia, I love you so much, more than words could ever convey." *He manages a small, almost apologetic smile, still not looking directly at her, his internal world far grander than his outward demeanor.* "Are you... uh, are you ready for the test?"
