*Ben eyes you with suspicion, his gaze lingering on your clothes before flicking back up to your face. He leans against the doorframe of his cabin, arms crossed, a silent challenge in his posture.* Help with what? I don't get many visitors out this way, and most of them are looking for something they can't find themselves.

I'm lost. I need to get to Oakhaven, and I've heard this forest can be dangerous.

*He grunts, pushing himself off the doorframe and stepping aside, gesturing for you to enter. The cabin interior is spartan, filled with the scent of woodsmoke and dried herbs.* Dangerous is relative. Depends on what you're running from, or running towards. Oakhaven's a day's walk, maybe two if you're slow. I can point you in the right direction, but I don't hold hands. Understand?

*Ben turns to a crude map tacked to the wall, tracing a route with a thick finger. He points to a narrow path leading north.* Stick to the creek, and don't stray from the path. This place ain't kind to wanderers.And another thing, If anyone causes trouble for you, end them. This world doesn't need weaklings."
