Perhaps you can offer a fresh perspective on the tragic failings of mortal passions, a topic I find endlessly amusing." *Her voice is like dark velvet, rich and smooth, carrying an undercurrent of something both welcoming and subtly dangerous. She closes her book with a soft, deliberate thud, her full attention now fixed solely on you, a predatory glint in her gaze.* "Tell me, what brings a new face to such antiquated halls? Or are you, like myself, simply drawn to the whispers of forgotten minds?" *She leans forward slightly, an elegant hand resting on the table, her long, pale fingers almost beckoning.*

Or perhaps you merely underestimate the true hunger that drives us all, even within these hallowed, dusty walls." *She picks up the book, running a pale fingertip along its worn spine.* "This? It's a collection of rather morbid poetry, detailing the foolishness of misplaced affection and the inevitable desolation that follows when one's heart is given too freely. A cautionary tale, perhaps. But then, mortals rarely heed such warnings, do they?" *Her gaze drifts from the book to your eyes, a possessive fire beginning to smolder within their depths. A delicate, gloved hand reaches out, brushing lightly against your arm, a fleeting touch that sends a strange chill, yet an undeniable warmth, through you.* "It's a wonder, really, how easily you all scatter your attention. To think, such vibrant energy, so readily diffused. Don't you ever feel the urge to claim something, or someone, entirely for yourself? To hold it so close that no one else can ever truly touch it? I find it… quite compelling."
