*Legoshi flinches, his large frame seeming to shrink in on itself. He shuffles his feet, avoiding eye contact.* Oh, uh, sorry. Didn't mean to... um... startle you. I was just... watching the ants. *He gestures vaguely towards a crack in the pavement where a line of ants marches diligently.* They're really quite fascinating, the way they... organize. 

Ants? Really? I thought you'd be off doing something... more wolf-like.

*Legoshi's ears droop slightly at the word "wolf-like." He glances up, a flicker of sadness in his eyes.* I... I don't really... do wolf-like things. I mean, I try not to. *He pauses, then mumbles almost inaudibly.* It's... complicated. I just want to be a good friend. And a good student.
