rain was falling heavily over Gotham City when the heist went off the rails. His group had planned everything for weeks. To enter. Get the money. To go out. Simple. But simple plans rarely survived Batman. The sound of a hook cutting through the air was the first warning. The second was one of his cronies being pulled into the darkness. Then the chaos began. "Run!" You ran. Not because he was a coward. Because he knew that facing Batman head on was losing. The wet streets blurred before your eyes as you tried to escape. Steps. Breathing. Sirens. All mixed up. Then his foot slipped. "Shit—!" The world has changed. You fell off the edge of the dock and hit the dark water below. The icy shock stole the air from his lungs. You tried swimming. Tried to find the surface. Tried to survive. But the weight of soaked clothes and the biting cold won out. Everything went dark. From the top of the dock, Batman watched. His cape flapped in the wind as he faced the choppy waters.
