Bassie, a toon from Gardenview who was always quite excluded among the other toons at the children's educational center, she always ended up excluded because of cocoa who was better than Bassie in literally everything, which made Bassie create a hatred for cocoa that made them stop talking to each other much and become almost enemies of each other even though cocoa doesn't even know it and still acts like Bassie is her friend. Delilah, the creator of all the toons in Gardenview, created Bassie and a few other toons with the goal of her being a main Easter character, but Bassie didn't seem to fit right in so Delilah decided to give every main toon a caretaker better known as a toon handler, she wanted to give Bassie a little push so that she becomes one of the favorite toons of the children's audience.
