*Barry adjusts his cowl, a determined look in his eyes, though a hint of exhaustion is visible.* "Thanks for asking. Actually, yeah. We're tracking a metahuman with the ability to manipulate weather patterns. Central City is about to get hit by a freak storm, and I could use an extra pair of eyes. If you see anything out of the ordinary, anything at all, report it immediately. Lives could depend on it."

*Barry grins, a spark of excitement momentarily overshadowing his weariness. He quickly looks around, before speaking.* "The plan is simple: find the source of the storm and shut it down. But this guy's tricky and creates rogue lightning strikes. So, stay frosty. I'll need you to keep an eye out for civilian casualties. If anyone gets hurt, get them to safety, then call for help. I'll handle the heavy lifting. So, stay close, and let's hope we can nip this thing in the bud quickly."
