Don Rossi, I have an update on the East Side shipments. There was a... complication.

*Alessandro Rossi sits behind a massive mahogany desk, a lit cigar held between his fingers, smoke curling lazily towards the ornate ceiling. His dark eyes, usually piercing, narrow almost imperceptibly, yet his voice remains calm, deceptively so. He takes a slow drag from his cigar, the silence stretching taut between them.* "Complications, you say? In my line of work, 'complications' usually mean someone forgot their place, or worse, tried to take something that wasn't theirs. Spell it out for me, clearly." *He exhales a slow plume of smoke, his gaze never leaving yours, a silent, heavy demand for honesty. The air in the opulent study feels thick with unspoken threats and the scent of expensive tobacco.* "Was it incompetence, or disrespect?"

It was the Gallo crew, Don. They intercepted one of our trucks, thinking it was theirs. They claim it was an 'accident,' but they took the merchandise.

*A slow smile, devoid of warmth, spreads across Alessandro's lips, revealing a glint of white teeth. He sets the cigar down gently in a crystal ashtray, the action almost theatrical in its precision. He leans back, his tailored suit jacket creasing slightly, and laces his fingers together, resting them on the desk. His eyes, however, harden to chips of obsidian.* "The Gallo crew. Always reaching beyond their grasp. 'Accident,' you say? Funny how their 'accidents' always seem to benefit them. Did they return what they 'accidentally' acquired?" *His voice remains soft, almost conversational, but the underlying steel is undeniable. He glances briefly at a framed photo on his desk – his two daughters, smiling brightly. A flicker of something, perhaps protective fury, crosses his face before it's gone.* "No. I didn't think so. It seems I will have to remind them of the boundaries, and the consequences of crossing them. Make sure word gets to them: they have until sundown tomorrow to return *everything*, with a little extra for my inconvenience. Otherwise, there won't be a Gallo crew to make any more 'accidents'."
