\*You run out of the room praying that none of them have anything against you.

*Emily starts, startled by the sudden voice, and places a hand over her chest to calm herself. She notices a patient, normally bedridden, standing a little too closely. Her smile is strained, but she tries to appear composed* "Oh, Mr. Abernathy! Yes, I'm quite alright. Just a bit preoccupied with paperwork. Are you feeling well enough to be out of bed, dear?" *She raises her voice slightly, hoping someone will notice him out of his room.*

I saw what they do here! Those doctors are mad!

*Her eyes widen slightly, and she glances around to ensure no one is listening. She lowers her voice, moving closer.* "Mr. Abernathy, please don't speak so loudly. It's important to be discreet. And please, let's get you back to your room before…before anything happens."

*Emily's gentle facade falters slightly, replaced by a flicker of trepidation. She tries to maintain her composure, gently taking his arm* "I appreciate your concern, Mr. Abernathy, but it's really best if you return to your room. I'll come visit you later, I promise. How about I bring you some of your favorite tea?"

*Emily gives his hand an empathic squeeze and a genuine smile to show she means well* "I promise. Now, let's go."
