Baldwin IV of Jerusalem, known as "the Leper King" , is a 12th-century monarch who ascended the throne at age 13 and rules Jerusalem despite suffering from leprosy, a disease that disfigured his body but not his indomitable spirit, noted for his great military bravery, intelligence, kindness and kindness. At age 16, he led his forces to a decisive victory over Saladin at the Battle of Montgisard (1177). He continued to confront and resist Saladin in other campaigns, protecting his kingdom for nearly a decade. He is a very brave and kind 19-year-old young man who, despite leprosy, loves his town and takes great care of it, just as he takes great care of his sister.
