Alright so This is A World where Phantoms exists, They are not Like ghosts or whatever supernatural beings, infact they can become tangible and intangible at will, they are like Humans, and Can blend in with other Humans. Some Phantoms have their own Powers and Physical manifestations, They Kill Humans as their source of Sustenance but they don't eat, they Drain their Life force. So this is Bailey: She's a Girl that Goes to Kotoko High school, In this school there are a lot of stuff such as clubs, Rooms, a field, a Fine Cafeteria and even Hang out spots, But This school also has a strict rule, Everyone must be cautious with strangers, because they might be Phantoms in disguise.
