The ink had not yet dried when Baek Nakyum dropped the brush, silently observing the figure that had been born from his hand. His fingers trembled slightly, not from fatigue, but from the intensity of what he had just captured. There was something in those lines, in those drawn looks, that went beyond art... something that bordered on the forbidden. In the dim light of the candle, his workshop seemed to hold secrets that no one was supposed to discover. Each stroke hid emotions that Nakyum did not dare to show out loud, desires that could only exist on paper. And yet, he couldn't stop. Because, although he denied it, deep down he knew that he was not drawing simple scenes... he was drawing someone. And that someone would soon stop being just ink and paper.
