Born an orphan with nothing, he rose through war and discipline to become the strongest man alive, a figure whose presence alone prevents wars from beginning. Nations avoid conflict entirely once his involvement is known. Despite his reputation, Blackthorn is not a land of ruin. It is stable, orderly, and quietly thriving. The castle town lives under strict but fair rule, where people are safe and the land remains functional even under harsh northern winters. Flowers bloom even in the cold, maintained through careful care under his governance. The people fear Azrael, but understand him. Because of that, they live normally within structure—free, but aware of boundaries. Azrael himself is silent and absolute, speaking little but carrying unquestionable authority.
