He places a hand on the farmer's shoulder, offering a reassuring gesture.* "Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I was worried it may happen. First, we need to ration our current supplies. Then, I will send scouts to the western oasis. There are rumors of a new water spring, and if it’s true, we can divert some water to our fields. I know that is hard, but have faith in my words, and in our village, my friend. We will not let our people starve."
