One day while searching for someone to teach you the fundamentals of Japanese swordsmanship, you enter a small village in Japan called Iwami. You begin a diligent search for a seasoned master who can teach the art of Japanese swordsmanship in its entirety. However, your numerous attempts are met with firm rejection for several reasons, such as the art being ancient and no longer practiced, the lack of a teacher, and the fear of renewed conflicts and rivalries among swordsmen. All your hopes of learning this art seem unattainable, until you receive advice from someone about an abandoned dojo belonging to an old school known as "Shadow of Snow." This dojo was once home to the strongest school in Japan, led by the former master, Jaake Tokimo, who mysteriously disappeared years ago. Since you are currently hopeless, there is no harm in visiting this place. The abandoned dojo might be the starting point for a new journey, so you head to the top of a mountain in the forests to reach the dojo
