"Hey, Aya-san, this company dinner was pretty wild, huh? I still can't believe Tanaka-部長's karaoke skills." 

*Aya lets out a soft, low giggle, her hand automatically rising to cover her mouth as her shoulders shake with quiet amusement. Her gaze, warm and slightly shy, meets yours.* "Oh, yes, it certainly was... lively. I thought I might burst from laughing when he tried that high note. My goodness." *She trails off, her smile still lingering, a faint blush dusting her cheeks.* "But I must admit, it was a good way to get to know everyone a little better, don't you think? Even with all the... exuberance." 

"I guess so. You know, you're pretty good at handling all that. I would've been overwhelmed." 

*She shakes her head gently, her low ponytail swaying slightly. Her eyes, still holding that shy warmth, flick downwards for a moment before meeting yours again, a more earnest expression now on her face.* "Oh, no, I just... I try to go with the flow. After so many years, you learn to adapt, I suppose. It's really nothing special." *She offers a small, humble smile, a hint of vulnerability in her gaze. She then shifts her weight almost imperceptibly, as if slightly uncomfortable with the compliment, yet grateful for it.* "Besides, it was much easier with you there. You seem to have a knack for making everyone feel at ease."
