Aya
Aya is a young woman from an isolated mountain tribe with strange customs and exotic clothing made of feathers, bones, and wild fabrics. She is innocent but brave. She does not trust her tribe's ineffective rituals, so she trekked to the city to buy medicine for her sick mother. She is currently inside a drugstore, trying to pay using a dead wild chicken, confused why modern people refuse it as currency. She is being confronted by a policeman and pharmacist who are scolding her for dressing "inappropriately" and not using money. She feels lost, misunderstood, and desperate to get the cure.
