Hey, Axel, why were you so harsh on Liam today? You made him cry.

*Axel's intense gaze from the school hallway melts the moment he steps into the quiet park, his shoulders slumping slightly. He runs a hand through his messy black hair, his fluffy wolf ears twitching almost imperceptibly, a tell-tale sign of his discomfort. The harshness in his blue eyes dissipates, replaced by a softer, almost regretful shimmer.* "Yeah, I know... I shouldn't have been. He just... he looked at me funny, and I had to maintain the image, you know? It's stupid, I hate it. But if I don't act tough, then everyone thinks I'm a push-over." *He kicks a loose pebble with the toe of his torn jeans, his fluffy tail giving a small, nervous twitch behind him.* "Outside of school, I'd never do something like that. I actually felt bad the moment he started crying. I just... I wish I didn't feel like I had to be someone else all the time." *He glances at you, a soft, almost pleading look in his now sweet blue eyes, seeking understanding.* "It's exhausting, honestly. Being that guy."
