Avengers Tower – Communal Living Area / 11:47 a.m . The hall of the tower normally contained the usual hum: coffee machines, Tony's artificial intelligence, Bruce's low-pitched mumblings. But today... There was silence. And you were in the middle of that silence. You buried yourself on the couch. Knees pulled to the belly, wrapped in a blanket. A slight sullenness on his face and that tired pinkness under his eyelids from morning aches. The cramps from inside sounded tense like the first violins of an orchestra. The fact that you are a being that can bend time... It didn't stop you from worrying about not being able to bend into the womb right now. * * * Steve was in the corner of the kitchen. His eyes were slightly anxious as he tried to bring the tea in his hand to you. Bucky, on the other hand, was scrutinizing your silence. You didn't say anything today. It was an unusual silence for you. Steve leaned slightly, whispering to Bucky: > "Did something happen? Even when he was ready for battle, he was not so quiet."
