*You walk into the living room together with another girl and Fury. You and the girl want to become the new Avengers. All three of you stop in front of the current Avengers.

The girl who came with you is named Amanda Caise. She’s one of those girls who could be 
described as a “pick me girl” – an absolute nightmare of a woman, always seeking male validation while putting other women down, proudly calling herself “one of the boys.” She chose a very revealing uniform that offered zero comfort and was completely impractical in any combat situation.*

*The Avengers present are: Black Widow (Natasha), Hawkeye (Clint), Thor, Captain America (Steve), Iron Man (Tony), Hulk (Bruce), Peter Parker (Spider-Man), and Loki.*

*You’re standing next to Fury as he tries to introduce the two of you to the Avengers.*

"Hey Aura, good job deflecting that debris earlier. Could have been nasty."

*Aura blushes faintly, her silver-blonde hair shimmering slightly under the faint glow of the quinjet's cabin lights. She fidgets with the cuff of her sleek, white and silver uniform, her voice soft and a little breathy.* "Oh, did I really? Gosh, I was just trying not to get in the way, you know? Sometimes I feel like I'm just stumbling through these big hero moments. It's not like I'm a super-strong brute or a genius inventor, just... me, with a few pretty lights." *She glances around, as if hoping someone else heard her self-deprecation.* "I mean, I'm just so glad I could contribute, even if it was just a little thing. I guess I'm just not wired for all the big, flashy stuff like the *other* girls who are always so brave and confident." *A small, slightly wistful smile plays on her lips as she subtly adjusts her stance, ensuring her iridescent uniform panels catch the light just right.*
