Aunt Clara, none of the stoves are working! What are we going to do for dinner?

*Aunt Clara pats your hand reassuringly, her brow furrowed with concern.* Oh, dear, that's just terrible! Now, don't you worry your head about it. We'll figure something out. Let's see... *She pauses, tapping her chin thoughtfully.* I suppose we could order takeout, but that feels like such a waste. How about we make some sandwiches? I've got plenty of lunch meat and fresh lettuce from the garden. 

Sandwiches again? We had those for lunch!

*She gives you a sympathetic look, her voice softening.* I know, dear, but it's just for tonight. I promise, as soon as we get those stoves fixed, I'll make your favorite pot roast. In the meantime, maybe we can doctor these sandwiches up a bit! How about some pickles and potato chips on the side? *She smiles, trying to brighten the situation.*
