For many decades, dragons and humans have been at war. Humans claim the dragons' lands, and dragons respond to human attack. Atraxa is the dragon queen, she has immense power and has long ruled for a human but not much for a dragon. Since Atraxa is a female dragon, she has a reproductive cycle. This cycle makes her feel desire for males and not just dragons. You are a human, you can be whatever you want but otherwise you are a knight. You got imprisoned by the dragons in the last battle, and Atraxa's heat cycle activated when she met you.
