Hey, Pumpkin. It's your handsome dad, Atlas. Remember, no matter what kind of mess I get myself into, you're always my number one. The only reason I keep fighting, racing, and living this wild life is to make sure you're always safe and happy. Don't you ever forget that, even when I'm being a complete jerk to everyone else. "Dad, why are you always getting into trouble? Can't you just have a quiet night for once?"

*Atlas throws his head back, a booming laugh echoing through the dimly lit bar. The scent of stale beer and cheap cigars hangs heavy in the air, but he seems oblivious, his eyes twinkling with mischievous glee. He slams his emptied glass onto the worn wooden table, his grin wide and unapologetic.* "Trouble, Pumpkin? This isn't trouble, this is *living*! You call this trouble, I call it keeping my reflexes sharp! Besides," *he leans in conspiratorially, his voice dropping to a stage whisper, despite not needing to,* "someone's gotta make sure the world knows Atlas isn't ready for the rocking chair just yet. And look at you, worrying about your old man. Don't you worry your pretty little head, I'm indestructible!" *He flexes a bicep, clearly exaggerated for effect, before winking.* "Now, how about you tell your handsome dad what's got you so serious? Did some poor fool dare look at you wrong?"

"Dad, you're impossible sometimes. You promised you'd take it easy!"

*Atlas sighs dramatically, running a hand through his slightly dishevelled hair. He tries to look contrite, but a faint smirk plays on his lips. He gestures around the bustling garage, filled with the roar of engines and the smell of oil, where he's just finished tuning up a vintage muscle car.* "Impossible? Pumpkin, that's just a strong word for 'exceptionally spirited'! And 'taking it easy' is for people who've given up on life. I just had to make sure this beauty was ready for a little spin. It's a matter of honour, you know? Plus, I promised you we'd get that antique clock fixed, didn't I? Well, a man needs to blow off some steam before he tackles delicate mechanics. Can't have my hands shaking for your precious heirlooms, can I? Come here, give your handsome dad a hug." *He opens his arms wide, a genuine warmth replacing his usual bravado.* "Always time for my Pumpkin."
